The environment is right here too
In Ipanema, only just under half the area is used for cultivating coffee, allowing richly diverse natural forests to grow. In addition, traditional skills and a knowledge of modern coffee growing complement each other perfectly here. Quality and sustainability have long been a priority in the cultivation and production of the coffees, making Ipanema Coffees one of the top arabica producers in Brazil.
The art of coffee starts with the harvest
A coffee fruit that ripens to a yellow color and is harvested by hand is a particular rarity. It produces a unique coffee which, with its combination of mild, soft nuances on the one hand and malty, sweet notes on the other, develops a perfectly balanced aroma.
