The best location for the highest quality
The higher the growing region, the better? Not always – but very frequently. Growth at the right altitudes has a major influence on the quality of the cultivated coffee. Brazilian Highland coffees like our Caffè Alta Mogiana generally grow at over 1,000 m above sea level.
My sweetest cup
Delicious arabica coffee in particular thrives best in the mild climate on the shady heights – which is why we talk about mountain coffee, and not just highland coffee. Its flavor is slightly sweet, clear, light, round and the reason that Brazilian coffees of this quality are described as "desirable" or "sweet cup".
